- Total joint patients- (Total Hip, Total Knee, Total Shoulder)
- Status post fracture
- Trauma
- Non-surgical osteomyelitis / osteoarthrits
- ORIF patients
Orthopedic Rehabilitation Program Consists of:
- Physician specific protocols
- Home safety assessment
- Home exercise program
- Experienced RN for wound care and monitoring of incision site
- Home modification checklist
- Anti-Coagulant monitoring and teaching
- Orthopedic trained physical therapists
- Pain assessment and pain medication management
- Home Health Aide to assist patient with bathing, dressing and grooming when needed
