- Patients undergoing radiation treatment for cancer of neck and throat
- New PEG / PEJ tube placement
- Stroke patients with difficulty swallowing
- Trauma patients
- Patients with progressive neurological disorders like Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s Disease
Enteral Nutrition Program Services:
- Experienced RN with advanced training in Tube Feeding / Enteral Nutrition
- Nutritional assessment and teaching
- Teaching on PEG I PE.) care and maintenance
- Teaching on administration of nutrition (Bolus and Continuous Pump Feedings)
- Dietitian available through vendor partnership to monitor patients nutritional needs and provide ongoing monitoring of clinical progress
- Physical Therapist available for home safety assessment and exercise program
- Speech Therapist available
- Assessment of pain/suffering and pain medication management
- Home Health Aide to assist with bathing when needed
