Neurological Program Services:
- Assess physical mobility (i.e. impaired mobility / safety fall precautions exercise program)
- Medication management Nutritional assessment and teaching (i.e. teach calorie needs / identify possible swallowing impairment)
- Skin Assessment for actual or potential impairment
- Comfort / pain assessment, pain medication management Assess coping mechanisms of patient and family Home Health Aide for bathing, dressing, and personal care
